Essential Functions
  • Direct the overall development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all District and School Improvement Plan
  • Provide support to school staff in AIMSWeb, RTI, ACFA, Collaborative Meetings, and GLE Walkthrough
  • Assist schools in effectively implementing the requirements of state and federal legislation to improve schools with a particular focus on appropriate interventions to increase the achievement of all groups of students
  • Assist school staff in diagnosing curricular weaknesses through interim assessment and planning of appropriate differentiated instruction
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports related to assigned activities
  • Collaborate with site administrators, program personnel, students, and parents to enhance district improvement programs
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and placement of instructional and administrative personnel
  • Serve as liaison between the State Department of Education and the instructional staff of the District in communicating and planning program requirements of state statutes, State Board of Education rules and regulations, and mandated federal programs
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools
